Very Disappointing TurboTax Experience

Been using TT Deluxe for many years. This year's version had an extremely poor user interface. Purchased CD version and installation was problematic. Used on Windows 10 OS. Pop up windows for Help and filing taxes did not work at all. Cursors did not show up in fields and text was invisible. Had to toggle screen resolution and scale settings continuously just to see input information. Will not use TT again if this is not resolved.

TurboTax Pushes Unnecessary efile for State

It is absolutely ridiculous to charge for state returns with no payment or refund. The software makes it difficult to print the state return for mailing. It should be easier to print the state return in this case.

Good updates to make entering K1 information. Can improve by providing better instructions on foreign tax payment information. However, standard personal income & deduction info gathering is very straighforward.

Convenient but choices of TT products, confusing

Very convenient way to manage unmanageable tax complexity, but the choices of tiered TT products (Deluxe, etc) are confusing.
