2020 coding is poor. E-file rejected.

Excess HSA unnecessarily confusing. E-file repeatedly rejected. AGI for married filing jointly is ridiculously written as there is no separate AGI - it his combined. Yet TurboTAx asks for each as separate and does not explain. Dont you folks use your own software? If forced to manually file due to TT issues, why are we paying extra for state Efile???? This may be the last year I use TT.

Would not e-file. Last year's pin and AGI were correct and IRS kept rejecting.

Glitches this year proved troublesome

When program wanted to update, got in a circle of an error message and program closures. Manually updated, still didn't work. After uninstalling the program and reinstalling, finally got it to work. Then I had to delete my cash contributions to charity before the program would let me move forward. Cost me $55 more! I've used this program for the past 10 years, but no more.

W2 input and field delay performance issues

This local install interface is getting slower and more painful to use each year. There is no way to easily enter multiple W2 from the same Casino, you have to duplicate so much information over and over each time. You need a way to clone or save the duplicate info. And it takes minutes to switch between fields, not sure what is processing in the background but it needs to wait until you get the form entered. or something. It took an additional 5 hours to do my taxes because of this. The product is unusable now.

"Old Reliable" and Accurate!

I've been using Turbo Tax even before it was called "Turbo Tax," and it has always been accurate, fast, and reliable. The only reason I knocked it down from "Spectacular" was because there was/is a glitch in the system. My credit card had expired when the system tried to re-up me for this past year's taxes, but when I went in to try to update the expiration, not only would it NOT accept the update, it locked me out and wouldn't accept ANY credit card no matter how I tried to work it. It was only through persistent phone calls and the due diligence of one or two employees that I was able to get through the red tape maze.
