I think it is a 4.5, but i cant select a half star. It has gotten better. Support was good and didnt take much time to get answers. It is really getting to 5 stars, probably next year.

E-file trap

Turbo Tax is easy and accurate!

I have been using turbo tax for years. It is user friendly and I feel confident that my taxes are complete and correct. It is easy to find deductions, although with the Trump administration's standard deduction, that was nt as necessary. Things always change so I am sure I will need itemized deductions again! Highly recommend.

Program was not as good this year

The home mortgage interest did not transfer over to the Schedule A. I has a HELOC that was partially deductible but the auto calc did not work - it wanted to use the entire amount off of the 1099-Int. The step-by-steps could have been more complete. Also in the Earned Income Credit area.
