Turbo Tax is AWESOME!

I have not personally prepared my own taxes for several years. This year the tax deadline caught me off guard due to the extended due date. I couldn't reach my accountant so I had to dive in and do them myself. Turbo Tax totally saved me and made preparation super easy, all questions were answered on screen and the software provided DETAILED guidance. I think my accountant just lost a customer and Turbo Tax just gained a customer. I love this product, you can not go wrong.

Tax portion Very good; in program purchasing awful

Using TurboTax for the filling out of tax forms was great and easy as usual. However, there was a glitch with activation code screen, which resulted in 2 hours of uninstalling and reinstalling the program. After an online search, I found the work around to change screen resolution. The same happened with the credit card payment screens when purchasing additional state program and state e-file. Having to toggle back and forth with my screen resolution was annoying and frustrating to say the least, especially on a brand new computer (using Windows 10)! Please fix this for next year. Otherwise, I may consider using a different program.

Excellent Tax Program

Only one disappointment. Couldn't attach supporting documentation for Health Care Tax Credit. These documents needed to be sent via mail separately from the e-file portion.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
