Stop Trying to Force People to Pay For More!

Great other than you trying to get more money out of me. I already paid for the program. I don't want to eFile my state returns. Don't give that as the only option then try to get me to pay you $25.

Turbo Tax is easier to understand

I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years. I truly understood it this year(2019).
I noticed some changes had been made making it a lot easier to understand what was happening. I switched from a PC to a Mac, I could not figure out how tho transfer my prior taxes.

Beware. Some sections would skip to the next group, forcing one to return to individual areas or choose visit all.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Almost perfect - Unsuccessful Transmission

California Online e-file did not go through because there was a problem in saving the file. I logged out and logged back in. However, it did not open to the page where I left off. It went back from the choices of filing either e-file or by mail. I choose again an e-file but the charges was more than $25.00. I changed my mind to send it by mail. I paid the $25.00 (Order No. TTDCRTA 149582254) but transmission was unsuccessful. How will I get my $25.00 reimbursement.
