Turbo Tax Is Excellent!

I've been using Turbo Tax for nine years and it always relives my tax related stress. Turbo Tax walks me through the process telling me "Everything will be alright." ...and it is because the software does my taxes for me.

TT could not read import my last year's filing ;-)

Whoa... what happened, after many (10+) years of doing returns through TTX... this year, it could not import last year's file. Had to re-enter every detail. Not happy at all! Could have efiled directly...!

Good, consistent

I have used for years without much issue. This year loaded onto a new Dell computer, using Windows 10. Had several frustrating issues. Initially, I could not open it on my computer but after several frustrating hours found some on-line (non-Intuit) guidance on how changing the resolution on my screen should help. Next, the 1099-Q guidance and input is deficient when the recipient is not the beneficiary but the funds were used for qualifying expenses--the software wanted to make the interest portion taxable. Finally, similar to initial problem, I had a heck of a time paying to file my state return because the credit card payment screen would not load. Again, lost a couple hours trying to find a solution, finally found it in on-line guidance, and discovered that the payment screen does not work well with Windows 10 and requires you to change the screen sizing/resolution. This was very disappointing and frustrating and makes me question the use of TurboTax in the future after numerous years of using it.
