Turbotax mad doing taxes easier. I am happy with how easy they made it after paying a CPA so much money over the years to do the taxes.

Did Not Receive Free State Return

This is my third year using Turbo Tax and I have had difficulty getting the FREE state tax return. I started a tax return and saved the return. I answered 'NO' to using the free state return on the first return started. I DID NOT use the free state return option. When I finalized the second return, I was charged $25 to e-file the return.
The software does not recognize when the free state return is not used.
