MAYBE TAXES NEED TO BE REVAMPED!

TurboTax - Great, but needs user-friendly updates

1. When entering income/deduction items and returning back to the summary, TT needs to return you to the next section, NOT the top, requiring you to scroll down.
2. When e-filing my friend's return, the pre-population of the AGI field is evidently incorrect, since the IRS rejected the return, and I triple-checked the entry.

Not as good as last year.

I bought a new PC without a CD drive, so I had to download the program online. The process to accomplish this was not straightforward. I had to fumble around on the Intuit site for an hour before I finally succeeded. Then, when I got into the program, it was unable to import anything from my 2019 TurboTax return, or the 2019 PDF generated by TurboTax (even though it initially claimed that it did). I went back a few times and retried, but no luck. My taxes are pretty simple, so I was able to enter all of the info from scratch. But it was annoying that a convenience I enjoyed last year wasn't there this year.

good, needs tweaking to make more user friendly requiring a minimum number of characters is an example of a non-necessary item.
