Mostly Good

Stepping through the steps was great, as usual. Like other users, when prompted to enter the purchase confirmation code, I also encountered issues with the display scale and resolution. The workaround was good, but during the State E-File, I encountered it again. I was unable to enter the code to allow the E-File charge to be billed to my credit card. Received help from Jackie (she was super!) though she eventually enlisted help from another tech/agent. In the end, we were unsuccessful. (This was a retail store purchase of TT Deluxe Fed + State; running Windows 10.) I still like Turbo Tax, and hope this is resolved for 2021.

TurboTax app doesn't support changing font size - font is unreadable on a 27inch 1440p monitor.
The app also crashed on me once and I had to start all over again. Why does it not automatically save your progress after each page? Come on guys, this is 2021, add some modern features to your app.
