Not as easy as it used to be.

I've used Tubotax for years, but this year the program was not as clear as it had been. It "recovered" the files 3 times as I was trying to pay and submit, so I don't know what I'm going to be charged for, and it asked me to re-enter my purchase confirmation, but then skipped it.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and does all the work for you. All I have to do is fill in the blanks with my information. I don't need any tax lessons to use Turbo Tax. And filing is as simple as clicking on the file icon.
