Another Year of Easy Tax Filling

After many years of utilizing Turbo Tax I feel acclimated to how the program works from start to finish. This year was a little more challenging due to multi state fillings. I felt this year the program help options were not as useful to specific questions and the individual state programs were overpriced. As usual, I appreciated the efficiency of the Turbo Tax program overall, yet will see next year if Turbo Tax will be my go-to tax program.

Turbotax is slow and painstaking

turbotax waits until the very end to tell me i have to file by mail and cant get audit protection. i give all this information, and spend all this extra time for nothing, then have to start over again rediculas!

Won't Use Turbo Tax Again

The 2020 system froze several times during the process and automatically closed itself 3-4 times. Each time, we had to re-enter information that wasn't saved. It added over an hour to our completion time.
