didn't ask for irs identity protection pins, turbo tax w-2 form didn't match received form - check for item 'e'. this year's version seemed to have holes....

cannot e-file

TurboTax is great and all. However I purchased the 2019 software because when I tried to do file my taxes in October 2020 I was not able to e-file. I purchased the download because I was told in needed to have it to file. I was lied to.

2020 was a bit buggy

issue registering on Windows 10, had to reduce screen resolution to 600x800 per work around. Then state wouldn't load properly. Repair script did not work. Disappointing this year.

TurboTax is good, but not perfect. Two particular problems:
1. Some items are poorly phrased, leading to ambiguity as to expected answers. All questions should be copy edited. Grammar is often poor.
2. When review questions are answered, often the program shuts down and must be restarted.
