I have used Turbo Tax for years - I tried another app once but it is so easy to use turbo Tax and it beings all my information from the previous year and will allow you to enter the info or will guide you though. If there are questions, they are available for review.

Not happy with TT 2020

I have been using TT for years without any issues, but this year downloading TT 2020 was a pain, it wouldn't open after updating, had to unisntall and install many times, many internet searches until finally made it work, but with the rush of filing this weekend, I end up doing it online and end up paying twice (online + download)!

I usually like working with TurboTax. I have a small complaint. I was asked if I itemized or took a standard deduction last year. It seems that is a question that the software can get from my previous year's TurboTax file. I couldn't remember, so I had to look over my forms for several minutes to find the answer. Another problem was that I had to write my own filename when saving files. In previous years, TurboTax provided a logical filename.
