state tax confusing

never had a problem printing state taxes. did work study in another state and now onlfiled that state and have to figure my home state out

Turbo Tax is mostly great

I've been a TurboTax user for over 10 years. It's clearly my most trusted option for tax submissions. The 1 thing I expect to see during the "final review" process is a link to the best way to satisfy an error. Typically what I do is Google around for the answers to the problems the check finds. I'd happily give this product 5 stars if the direction I should take was built into the product instead of me scouring the web for an answer.
To be clear, Turbotax is really good software that could be even better if my change were encorporated.

Certain areas were confusing, but overall good pro

It was very unclear that when my civil service retirement in block 2a, said taxable amount "unknown" there was no guidance on what to do. still not sure if correct, Tried to understand IRS pub 721, wish I couldve had live person to ask, may use tax professional next time
