OK, but with suggestions

TurboTax is good in its sweep of topics. I did have some issues in trying to fill in information in various topical sections. I just will say that TurboTax should advise its users that if they are running into problems--such as the program not accepting the dollar amount paid under a 1098-T (tuition statement)--they should go to "forms" and look at forms and work sheets. Quick solutions to puzzling problems could come from correcting or filling in incomplete parts of the forms and work sheets. Also, I suggest that in the submission stage when the submission date is close, that users who owe the IRS be informed immediately up-front that they should mail their return with a check. I elected to make an electronic submission--only to find out that payment was due just a day or so away. So, I quickly had to pivot and do a mailing.

I hate this program

You don't update it year after year. Random functions break constantly. In order to make a change--caused by a software glitch in your program--I had to press back about 20+ times. Meanwhile the save and print functions had also broken. My computer is updated and well exceeds the recommended specs for this program.

Turbo Tax Occupation section flawed

Turbo tax would not allow me to file because the spouse occupation was too long. The error showed the "suffix" location. When I tried to ignore the error, it put me in an endless loop and would not let me file my return. Finally, I manually went to the personal information on the federal form and changed the occupation and it worked.
