Slam Dunk! 15th year filing - Done!

Turbo Tax is my best friend for Tax Filing! Easy user friendly! I use it for my Schedule C Business too! Takes less than 4 hrs start to finish. Love the accuracy checking features they give me confidence I didn't miss anything!

did not auto import from last year, had to use a saved file
would not accept AGI from last year, IRS stated it was inaccurate but I took it right off the last year file statement.
Tried to pay with CC for my points and it wouldn't accept the CC, said to call back tomorrow which is tax day....LOL
not sure its worth it ?

Disappointed In TurboTax

I have been a loyal customer for many, many years and while I understand that some of the delays experienced this year were due to late tax changes/guidance from IRS, I feel that Intuit/TurboTax was less than transparent about timelines to update as a result of those changes and then when I went to file, one screen (confirmation of ready to file) stated that State return would be $20.00 but when I was charged, it was now $25.00 - to me this reflects badly from a customer satisfaction perspective

One problem hung me up for an hour.

Somehow it wanted to fill in Form 1095-A, which I don't need. Documentation referred to the Health Insurance tab, which does not exist. I could not find where to change my answer to 'employer-provided health plan'. It took forever to read through others' answers to figure out how to delete the form. Help could be better on this one.

Turbo tax has always helped me

I have used turbo tax for a number of years. It was a new experience downloading the deluxe model on line since before I had used a disc. Once downloaded all went well as usual.
