mostly a very good product

MUCH struggled with a personal home sale in 2020 which was a rental at one time also and I had to read a few IRS publications, BUT I'm so glad that you have that info/use on TT Deluxe. Also, notations for military personnel are very useful and helpful

Too complicated and too hard to reach a real perso

Each year Turbo tax gets more complicate. Turbotax is very difficult
where it is very hard to get ahold of a live person. If same next year I will not use TURBOTAX. I have been using for over 30 years.

Work arounds for e-file/mail forms and printing

Always a good product, though I wish there was an easier way to e-file Federal and mail-in state instead going through the filing section twice. Also, need to fix to ability to print out forms through Turbo-Tax instead of using Adobe. Almost forgot to print out a copy of Federal forms for the state filing.
