Difficult to navigate

It does the basic functionality. Things are very difficult to navigate. Example I can not e-file extension. Tax Act, single click will submit.

2020 return with turbo tax

On the federal return I forgot to put my son's SSN, but turbotax didn't alert me to this. I kept wondering why it kept rejecting my head of household selection. I finally realized that they were not counting my son as a dependent because I didn't put his SSN on the form even though I had him listed as a dependent. Why didn't Turbotax alert me to this before I left the page? It took me a while to understand what was going on. That needs to be fixed.
Another issue - I had to search for the 529 educational tax credit on my VA tax return. Even though information pulls from the federal form for the state, you should automatically go thru each step of the state form since their are some credits or deductibles that states have that are not offered on the federal level. Overall the experience was a little frustrating. I may use turbotax again next year. I haven't decided yet.

Easy But...

I orginally gave this 5 stars but have to lower it now. We sent it off to be electronically filed and was rejected twice because it said our AGI did not match what the IRS had however, Turbo Tax automatically filled this in when asked and we did check with last year's record and this is what was stated on our last year's tax so not sure what the problem is. So much for easy filing....
