Turbo Tax is the BOMB!!

I LOVE Turbo Tax! I've been using it since 2006 and have never had any trouble with the IRS. The pages, forms and questions are all very easy to understand and answer. I even had an energy credit this year and thought I would have to complete a special form, but it was right there in Turbo Tax. The software did all the calculations for me and I go the amount allowable as a tax credit. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that the contributions list cannot be sorted or grouped. All the ones I made from the previous year are there, but I have to hunt each one out in order to enter my contribution.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax pretty easy to use

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. This year I was frustrated though that when I noted that I own a house, I was prompted to upgrade my purchase to premium. Then after paying an additional $30, after entering one simple mortgage interest prompt, I was told that the standard deduction would be the way to go. The program should ask a few more details about interest income, like did you pay over "blank" $ in mortgage interest? and THEN say Oh, you should use the premium option. Not "you should go premium" and then basically Psych! and thanks for the extra $30 bucks!

Turbo Tax is excellent!

Turbo tax is a very functional and an excellent product! The tip sheet accompanying each selection, and the comparisons to the previous filings is wonderful. I am hard pressed to come up with any suggestions for improvement. Keep up the good work & never stop trying to improve the product!

Turbo tax is easy to use for most circumstances. Unfortunately if you need more specific needs or instruction, the questions/examples are limited throughout the process.
