Turbo is a great tool!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years, and it has worked well so far for my family. I pray that it continues. It's easy to use because it walks you through everything, which makes it easy. I recommend.

Clunky User Interface

Several issues with usability.
One example is when I wanted to add my credit card detail to cover state files.
Screen was one size with no ability to change - it allowed entry of my detail but the "CONTINUE" button was hid from view and the process could not be done.
I finally had to change my PCs overall display settings to allow your screen to be viewed. Very clunky and a time killer.

What I dislike are the frequent pop ups about "switching to Premier edition" during the tax filing. Intuit should make product simple to select

Tax Process is Good but Filing Process is NOT

Overall, TurboTax did it's job; however, when I e-filed one of my family member's returns and it was rejected by the state, I had already paid the filing fee. I tried over and over to e-file the return, but it just wouldn't go through (I assume because of something in the return itself). We ended up mailing it, but I was still out the $25 filing fee. There has to be something in place to keep this from happening, and only charge the card IF the return is ACCEPTED!!!
