I Just Love the process. even if you don't know what your doing, be patient, they will help you thru it. now I must admit I hate it cause it eats the day but regardless this is a good program to use.

Good Program but missing leading information

I like the product and have used it for many years but I don't like the misleading information on the box. I thought paying for the program included 1 free filing of state taxes but according to what I was told you are only provide the paperwork the filing fee is separate, wish that was explained better. The staff is excellent and will answer your questions and the program is user friendly.

too many add-on and purchase requests.

I experienced unlimited requests to buy additional products or features. I was trying to print my return.....had to add an Adobe Acrobat feature....got info about McAfee security. Then, before I could print my return, I got this survey screen. Really! It would be nice to just be able to do what I purchased Turbotax for! Then, in the middle of writing this survey, the screen got taken over by McAfee, and I had to close at least three screens of McAfee features blocking the page, in order to get back to this page. Annoying beyond belief!
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Fix your update installers for Windows 10

That's 2 years in a row I've had to manually troubleshoot the installer for updates. Get it together, TT. It's shouldnt be this difficult to update your software. I spent an hour 1.5 hours AFTER finishing my return figuring out where the update issue occurred.

turbo tax is fantastic for federal tax preparation and 'electronic "FREE" filing'!
turbo tax is good for state tax preparation but should also include "FREE" electronic filing as well in the future; please... I use turbo tax every year! thanks...

Turbo Tax review

I have used TurboTax for years and love the format and user friendly features. Navigation is easy also and the audit risk bar at the end is especially useful for feedback on the content of the return. I will keep using it as I am generally brand loyal unless some event happens to make me think otherwise.
