I have used TurboTax for over a decade now and it has only gotten better. I used to use TaxCut and it was good but TurboTax was so much easier to use and I have never regretted the change. TurboTax is the best tax filing system I know!

The little things slip in quality each year.

It's the little things: not being to put Interest, Dividends, and Charities in Alphabetical Order; having go through manual entry during Federal check for things I should have been asked already (Form 2210AI); having to group through Forms mode to change my refund amount; the cumbersome nature of the manual worksheets (Crtl_I). I get a little more frustrated every year.

Great product, but still a few confusing areas

Great tax filing product, but still a few confusing areas when answering questions. References to Schedule-A data, info from a previous tax return, and not always a smooth transition from topic to topic. Several deductions were by-passed during the "step-by-step" process. I had to go back to the itemized list of topics to find what I needed and complete it from there. Also, 2020 did not allow me to transfer my data from last year's return. I had to re-enter my personal info.
