I recommend adding the ability to chat with support or a tax expert within the product.
I had a question and spent time looking at how to contact support via phone or chat and ended up frustrated and looking up my issue online via Google.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 6 years and continue to be very happy with the job it does. Taxes are a bit daunting, but answering simple questions one at a time turns taxes into a simple operation. Their prompts are simple and address one thing at a time. Worth every penny. Makes filing simple too!
