turbo tax is the greatest tax software

Very easy to use and get a nice refund based on my best deductions and it lets me know what is the best deduction to take.

I had a very difficult time with the worksheet for the Virus Tax Credit. For Single filers with under $75,000.00, it is supposed to be tax-free. Turbo Tax should be able to look at gross income and determine if there is a tax liability or not on a return, based upon filing status and gross-income. This form was my only confusion point..

Works great year after year

Mostly worked fine. Had one little glitch related to a question as to whether our Pension income was an RMD. Out Pension Fund manager said "you must be using Turbo Tax because that's the only tax program that asks that question and it doesn't apply>"

Best Tax software in the market

I have been using TurboTax for many years. It is easy to use, accurate and in a word the BEST tax program to do simple or complicated taxes. I definitely recommend it to anyone who want to uncomplicated an otherwise complicated process.

Opens too slowly

You make me update every time I want to open my return. It takes too much time. After that you keep saying it will take one more minute to load my updated return and it loads too slowly and takes many minutes.
