Easy to use!

Easy to use....once you have it downloaded properly. Was unable to use it or access it on my Mac and had trouble finding a solution, had to use a different laptop- that had Windows.

Fairly good but some rough spots

I got the taxes done fairly smoothly but I can see you need some work. I don't know how you pass 508 compliance given the number of screens with tab issues. Have one of your QA guys go through the entire app without touching a mouse. Another frustration is how often I entered my name and address. For the payment step, for example, you would be fairly safe assuming my name and billing address are the same as the tax return I just filled out.

i would give 5 stars except cant understand why efile state there is another $25 charge this is a charge i dont agree with since already paid just to have it included!

Product is fine but having to put the license code in on the same computer multiple times makes me want to explore a new product next year. Also, when I went to use a prior version it asked for a license code which I no longer had because I don't keep packaging.

So Frustrating!

Why do I have to update Turbo Tax with the latest tax info prior to filing? It froze my whole system, never updated and seems totally unnecessary as I don't believe that tax laws change in the interim of the software being released and the filing deadline. Also, my Turbo Tax login kept defaulting to an email address that I have not used in years and it couldn't locate my 2019 tax return. My experience was so frustrating. It really makes me consider using another software application next year
