Turbo Tax has a LOT of bugs and unannounced upsell

There were many bugs that I had to go back and clean up (luckily for me, I was able to repair everything; it gave me a *foreign* address??), and when I didn't accept "Audit Defense", it signed me up and charged me anyway. Not good. With a history of bugs that I've experienced before, I will seek better alternatives next time.

We've been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years, now and I will still keep using your product. Accuracy check and calculations as I progress through my return are great tools to help keep track of my data. By using the step by step and walk me through features. I have been able to find deductions that I would have otherwise missed.
