nearly impossible to use if you owe taxes

couldn't remember login info. went in an endless circle of entering codes just to pay. probably wont use again. I've been using for at least 10 yeas

Inexplicable need to provide info TurboTax already

I did my taxes using Turbo Tax last year (and the year before). When I started this year I imported my 2019 tax return. However, the program kept asking to get info from last year's tax return, specific info from specific lines. Turbo Tax should have this info and I shouldn't have needed to type in info from last year's return. Also needed to add in my bank info 2 separate times (each time I needed to provide the info twice to confirm accuracy).

Never a problem

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem. I really like the hints and links if I want an explanation. I go through every step to avoid skipping something even though it may take a little longer. I have tried another "top rated" program one time and was very disappointed. I expected to have a problem filing this year due to my spouse passing away and having unusual income; however, Turbo tax made everything fast and easy. Great job! See you next year.

Turbo Tax is a helpful took that I have used to prepare my taxes for the last 20 years. It is easy to use and very user friendly. The product allows you to work at your own level of expertise by asking detailed questions and/or allowing you to explore on your own,

My experience with Turbo Tax was great. The program had guides and helpful information to help me understand how to use the program. It was easy to use and didn't require a lot of time to finish.
