TurboTax has been a trial this year

I have used TurboTax 20+ years and have always loved it. It is easy to use, guides you with good questions and supporting help documentation. However, this year has been a pain. I have had to shut down the antivirus, reboot the computer in order to do any updates/installs for Turbotax. That has never happened before. It drove me crazy - especially when I had auto-update enabled and got in a loop and couldn't get it to update. I wasted a whole day trying to manually update from the TurboTax website. Not a good experience this year.

TurboTax Still the best!

I've used TurboTax to file taxes since the '90's. I've tried other tax programs, but have always gone back to TurboTax, even when it meant paying for another tax application. Other tax programs just don't measure up to the quality and ease of use that TurboTax has.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments
