somewhat lacking for 2020

I've been very happy with TurboTax for the last several years. This year, the review found several errors that turned out to be related to bugs in the software. I had to completely start over to get rid of one of the problems and had to figure out how to enter some information directly into one of the tax forms for the other. That was pretty disappointing.

Works well, but still has bugs

Everything seems to work well until there is a software update. This happened to me a couple of years ago, sand it happened again this week. I went to finalize my return, and turbo tax does an update. Then it comes back up, all my data is gone and I have to start over. Even my backup seemed to be missing. This created unnecessary work for me.

Received a corrected W2c for my son and when it was entered, although I did not type in the wages again, after i filed, i noticed his wages were doubled!. Now i have to file an amended.

Love TurboTax Deluxe

Most comprehensive and trusted tax prep software. I thought this would be the most challenging year to prepare my return because I took an early withdrawal from my retirement account under COVID-19 provision. The software made it easy to navigate through this. The software remains great with alerting me to knew tax laws and regulations, and alerting me to applicable tax credits.

Good, except difficult to find specific forms

TurboTax selected Standard Deduction, but wouldn't show me all of Schedule A so that I could see the calculations. I expected to file with Itemized Deductions.

Overly cumbersome, does not import AGI, not great
