Too many questions for a non professional

Tedious. It takes you through almost everything but there are questions a non professional can't answer and your on line help isn't too good. Nevertheless I have used it for 9 years now and oprobably will continue to do so.

Very User friendly. There are a couple areas i had to go back and add information that it skipped over! be very careful and go back through deductions just to make sure. However, everything else it walks you through it.

Issues with Screen Resolution

The program was installed on a new Dell laptop, which resulted in two service calls to address issues with screens not being visible. In both cases the issue was resolved by switching to the lowest available screen resolution. The screens having the issue were the Activation Screen and the screen to purchase a state e-filing license. This issue really needs to be addressed.
