2020 turbotax

after making payment for filing, the program locked up. wouldn't return to the turbotax program. Had to task manager close the program. Then had to step thru the file tax sequences again. it did recognize my payment made on the "file" screen.

Turbo Tax Deluxe was great!

The turbo tax software walked me right through everything and made it fairly easy. There was a couple of areas where I didn't understand the language and had to look it up and still not sure if I did it correctly, but I guess I find out.

I started my on May 13, 2021, and quickly realized that my 1099R reflected taxes paid to a state that I did not live or earn money in 2020. This was so overwhelming until online community expert EarnieS0 and Live Chat Expert RACHEL! Rachel! Rachel! Thank you for patiently spending hours with me trying to figure out how to get a refund from a state that I did not live, or earn money in, during 2020 (1099-R government paid state income tax erroneously). Thank you for your professional and friendly support to get me through this challenging dilemma to enter the correct filing information, which resulted a successful submission of my federal, non-resident state, and state tax returns within an hour of our phone call. THANK YOU THANK YOU
