Turbo Tax is where it's at.

The program did not work as smoothly as last year's. There was an issue of switching from 'forms' to 'interview'. I had to use the search feature to get back there. Continuing the next day was also challenging. I was kicked back to the beginning instead of continuing where i had left off. Couldn't find an 'Exit' and save feature like the former programs.

TurboTax is reliable from year to year

Turbo Tax is reliable from year to year, albeit more complicated to use every year. Probably due to the complicated tax laws but the Review feature at the end helps me pickup things I missed unwittingly.

A little disappointed

This year, TurboTax imported our previous year's taxes but did not pull the information into this year's return. We had to manually update a lot of things. We found it frustrating this year compared to previous years.

Turbo tax should let me e-file a joint Fed and change filing status to e-file a seperate state!
