Un clear why efiling was rejected

Generally easy to use and certainly better than filling out the forms and doing the comutations myself. But glitch that caused rejection of efiling is inexplicable and too late to fix. having to print and tW2's and staple and mail Arrgh.

Turbo Tax Deluxe is very good but could be better

It seems to me that you really don't need to send me a code by telephone to accept my credit card payment. That seems to be a stupid complication. Also, when there are glitches, etc. on the forms that need to be corrected or filled in, the way you highlight them becomes less and less intuitive to me as I get older. I'm not sure I'll understand those prompts next year.

Except for a few weird glitches - for example a street address for my bank which only gave a P.O. address - all was good!

The multiple 1098 filing section could have been a little clearer between old mortgage and refinanced mortgage.

TurboTax is very good

I have been using TurboTax for many years and I still think its the best tax preparation software. This year I had a couple of questions that I had trouble finding the answers for and I also had a system "quirk" that was stopping me from filing but I eventually figured it out (myself). So there were a few hiccups but overall a very good product and I am still highly satisfied with the quality of the service.
