LOVE, love, love turbo tax!! Can't live w/o it!

TurboTax is so simple to use. Even when my returns were rejected because of my error - it was so simple to fix my errors and resend everything back in! So GREAT! WIthout using TurboTax that would've been a HUGE headache! And on top of that - my refunds would've taken much longer to receive back. Thank you, TurboTax!

TT is easy to use. Convinced my wife to use it when we received a larger return with TT than with her service and she had to pay for the service. we've been TT customers ever since.

Turbo Tax viewing

Most difficult time I was the ability to view the software on my lap top. There were problems and had to plug into a monitor to see the activation page and the help menu. It should be a given that all window can be viewed whether using a laptop or a monitor, should not have had resolution problems.

Not as good as previous years

I expected Turbo Tax to get better year after year. But this year it had LOTS of issues and there are some things that I could not fix. I had to START OVER. That sucks. Once some things are in Turbo Tax it is not easy to get them out. This was NOT a pleasant experience.
