Turbo Tax seems to be easier this tax year. I have used this software for years and usually have to go over it a few times. This year it was a breeze. Good job Turbo Tax

Upteenth year of using Turbo Tax

Overall this year was pretty comparable to previous years. One fault I have, when I stopped from time-to-time, perhaps a couple of days in between, I would expect it to take me back exactly where I left off. Not always the case, especially when there are updates which don't allow the user to defer the update install, so the user is not necessarily back to where the last page being worked on. Which this weren't the case. Also because I moved during the tax year, the additional state download was MORE expensive than buying the original product. We should be given some sort of break with this cost, at least half price or something like that. That is one fault I have, the additional cost.

Great product until the final step, then awful

The process is easy, straightforward until ready to file. Then confusing steps about getting audit protection, I don't want that! Then no way to bypass that awful option. Seems like extortion to me.
