Turbo Tax is the Best

Room for improvement

Been using your product for years: generally an excellent product. I moved last year so I had to file 2 states. This means I had to purchase an additional state. I thought the fee of $45 was excessive since I didn't pay that much for the fed/state combined. Second, since I inputted my move date, the program should have been able to automatically divide my pension/interest appropriately with the option to override the figure.

Can't print my own tax return unless I have Adobe Acrobat DC? This is ridiculous. I've never been unable to print my return. Very frustrating.

TurboTax is just okay now. The price is getting a bit expensive considering all the other ways of preparing your taxes for free.

Turbo Tax is usually easy to use; the form screens and help screens are informative and usually answer the question you are confused about. If I needed help the help desk is always very patient and helpful, when resolving issues.
And the chat operators are very knowledgeable.
