Another Successful Tax Year Closed with TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax every year since the late-1990s, so it's pretty obvious that I don't...and won't...use anything else. With our tax code as outrageously complicated as it is, TurboTax whittles it down to something is understandable, explainable, and manageable.

severe problems in reporting W-2g gambling winning

Form W-2G Gambling Winnings: 42 entry's total.
The first 15 entries were normal, about 10 minutes each.
The next 10 or so began to slow to about 20 minutes each.
The next 12 began to slow to about 30 minutes each, with zeros dropping off and wait times exceeding 1 minute on Each Item.

Turbo down Grade this year

Nothing but problems this year . I have used Turbo Tax for appox. 35 years, if this had been my 1st year I would not buy it again. Had to call help Desk several times to get program to work correctly. Did Taxes by paper to verify . I did not trust calculations this year

TurboTax is the best!!!!

I have used TurboTax for years. I trust this program. All of the issues I would normally question are already addressed by this program. If I doubt a section, I can return and look at it. It lets me look up anything I might not understand. I trust this program more than I trusted the last human tax preparers I used. And isn't "trust" what this is all about???
