I love Turbotax

I have been using turbotax for years. I have strayed away but I alway come back regretting my decision to stray. I feel comfortable with the experts at Intuit and Turbotax to take care of my tax preparation needs

Online version is MUCH easier

I normally file online with TurboTax. I got behind this past year due to many things Covid-related and discovered I was unable to use the online version to file because I have waited so long. Please consider leaving the online version up longer for consumers. Even if you can't e-file, the functionality seems to be so much better online rather than through the downloaded option.

TurboTax Deluxe for 2019 for IMAC failed me.

Turbo Tax 2019 Deluxe for IMAC failed last year when getting to the FILING section. Had to download the WINDOWS Version GAG, and file that way. I hope the 2020 version is fixed and will work on IMAC this year.

Turbo Tax No Longer Compatible with Macs????

Worked great through filing in February 2020, but then when I tried to reopen and amend, system completely shut down. Spent over six hours total with TT Tech support for nothing. Found several complaints about same issue stretching from early 2020 through December. I worked with Tech in October and no one mentioned the lack of opening on Macs as a problem. Honestly don't know if I'll get Turbo Tax for 2020, since some people are having problems using the Big Sur iOS.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to use it for years or as long as I am around (which I hope is a long time) !!! Going step by step makes doing taxes easier and with less headaches, it also helps keeping my paperwork in order. Yes Turbo Tax is the best and only way to do taxes
