Had problems understanding step-by-step with a deduction I wanted to report. Called customer services and received great assistance. Later I looked up the deduction because it was no change in my refund due. I discovered that this was no longer a deduction anymore but Turbo tax did not provide any info regarding this issue.

TurboTax - my Go-to SW for 25 years!

I've been going my own taxes since I was 20 and espousing the virtues of TurboTax for years! Why would spend all that money to have someone prepare your taxes for your, when this amazing software guides you through everything? You don't have to be an accountant or a CPA to file your own taxes!
