Quick and easy to use. Ran into a question I could not answer on my own and went to the TurboTax help center. Quickly found the answer I needed and was able to finish filing without any hiccups.

Forced upgrade from Win 7 Pro

Not happy you failed to support and forced your long time users to upgrade a operating system from one that worked fine. Security is not an issue with with proper security programs.

Best Tax Tool Ever

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now. It's the best user friendly tax assistance tool out there. Very easy to use and if you want, can take you through the steps in detail. And, at the end, when it's time to file the return, rest assured, tax filing is easy, fast and accurate! Will always use Turbo Tax for our tax filing needs.

Old and tired

The changes over the years that I have been using Turbo Tax for Apple (about 5 years) has not been able to improve it to the ability and usabilty of the old Turbo Tax for Microsoft

We've been using TT for years. Never had any issues and, as far as we know, always passing the mustard with the IRS. Can't go wrong here. Simple, walk-thru Q & A style and VIOLA! Done!!...and all DIY!!
