Good But Has Bugs

TT does the basics well...at least most of them. Current bug(s) in mortgage interest deduction calculation are unacceptable and have been there for many months. Forced me to override Turbo Tax calculations in order to get correct. There is no excuse for why these haven't been fixed.

Unfortunately I put things off until the last minute. I have to say I've been with Turbo tax many years and have seen such improvements. It's better than having someone do your taxes because they explain everything.

I've been using TurboTax for about 20 years now. My Financial Advisor actually recommended it to me. For the most part I love it. It's easy to navigate and to understand. Every year though there are at least one or two sections that could use a more in depth explanation so I could have a better understanding of what to do. Ironically, it's usually the same items every year. It was better this year though, more streamlined I think.

Easy to use Turbo Tax Deluxe

I've used Turbo Tax for at least 8 years now and always find it easy to use the program. It gives you flexibility to do it on your own or it walks you through each category step-byo-step to get you through the process with as little fuss as possible.
