Normally Very Easy to Use

Was able to finish a simple tax and a complex tax with ease. There was one problem that was there in 2019 and again 2020, under Schedule C expenses to deduct, the boxes to enter figures are flawed. The boxes don't work. When you enter figures they don't show up I had to enter them several times, which caused the figures to be inaccurate. Had to fiddle with these for some time to get them right. Would have caused my tax to be wrong,

TurboTax 2020 is good; problem amending prior year

TurboTax handles most things great. The one exception I've stumbled upon is the Foreign Tax credit, form 1116. It's bad enough that they miscalculated my max credit in 2018; that didn't have a material effect, and when I went back to amend my return, I was forced to install a critical program update that corrected the error and changed my "original" return. But now I can't figure out how to amend the old return to do a Carryback. Their instructions tell me to add a "country" called Carryback, but it's not on the pull-down menu, and I can't just type it in. Argh.
