It has always been easy to use Turbotax, but there are some things now that made it harder for me to sign in to my account from last year. However doing my taxes with Turbotax is still the best and I had no problems filing my taxes and completing all the paperwork.

My wife and I have been using Turbo Tax for Years and we will continue to do so. Turbo Tax is Great! The downloads, can sometime take some time, but its a rather smooth process.

Data entry gets a little more intuitive each year. When there is a glitch, it is relatively easy to talk to an actual human being. Usually, the person I talk to is quite knowledgeable and effective. For context, my tax needs are relatively straightforward-Sched A, B,D a K-1 and so on.

Very Good process, thorough and apparently complete. Could do a little better with data carryover from Fed to State payments but not overly burdensome.
