Turbo Tax Program is very good. Packaging is bad.

OK with Tax program & have used for years. The packaging of the Disk was designed for Thieves, not honest Consumers. Had to literally cut the Disk out, destroying the packaging which I use for storage. Please make Packaging more CONSUMER Friendly. Thank You.

What happened this year???

I had my daughter's taxes complete and saved. When we tried to review them, ALL of the 2020 input had been wiped and we had to do the entire return over. Unbelievable. I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and this was very frustrating.

I have been a Turbo Tax user for a number of years. If you can read and follow instructions, you shouldn't have any problems using this program.
