Turbo tax works fine. The only problem is that I am color blind and the white on blue? buttons to continue the program are very hard to read.

Patient and Dedicated Customer Service

Download was initially a challenge. I think because I already had an online account. Customer service rep patiently helped me, and download was resent to appear on my established account. After that, most of the process went well for a first timer.
