TurboTax user since 2004 and hoping for more!

A neighbor lent me TurboTax in 2004, and I have used it ever since. It is convenient, and I rely on it every year, but from time to time I have problems while using it that I have to blindly work thru. This year the Dividend Amounts imported from Schwab did not match the amounts reported by Schwab. I spoke to a Schwab Advisor familiar with TurboTax who alerted me to the Forms tab which allowed me to see that the info was correct on the return. I have been flying a little blind since 2004, relying on constant checking before printing/sending, which messed me up 1 year when I double reported interest & dividends. So, I learned something today & will be age 77 on 17 May. As an aside to TurboTax, I would like to report that my 46 year old male child stated that he (simple income under $10,000, normally free online) used TurboTax and put a $90 charge on his credit card after the initial offer of $150 taken from his tax refund. I hope this is NOT true, and That TurboTax would never be a part such a scheme! Contact me if you are able to do so.
