Needed telephone support to gar past override problem for state tax. Also there is no provision to enter estimated state tax payments except directly in the forms (if you remember to do this because it never prompts for that,

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years. It is a solid product. The least favorite part is when teh advertisement says it is free...it never is. It always charges my credit card.

Very disappointed in e-filing choices

The software appears to offer the option to have Fed amount due from State amount refund. However, there is a charge for this and does not appear to have other options other than mailing returns. Was not able to e-file State without e-filing Fed.

Turbo Tax is very good for the basic taxpayer however, if you have more complicated items it helps to have your own tax knowledge. Be careful on the 1095-A (health care form) as Turbo Tax does not tell you that Part III Column B should not be zero. If your column has zero you need to use IRS tax tool to get amount to fill in. Turbo Tax should really tell you this and it does not show as an error.

Not good on some computers!

not good from the start. could not download state return, even after making several calls to the help desk.. took my old computer to get fixed and downloaded turbo tax no problem Windows 10

Had a friend recommend this to me. I was tired of paying expensive preparation fees. Turbo Tax walked me through each screen. So simple to use.
