Turbo Tax is easy to use.

We had used Turbo Tax in the past but for various reasons, had not in the last couple of years. Our circumstances changed, we returned to Turbo Tax and it is easy to use. Any questions you might have are explained immediately and you can continue with preparing your tax return. We will always use Turbo Tax from now on.

Needs improvement

The tiny screen print for the tools is highly annoying. This failure to understand that some customers are not able to read fine print easily caused me to miss a critical detail which led to another problem. The second problem is once a state tax form is added, even mistakenly, it cannot be removed. Seriously considering evaluating other options from other providers after using TurboTax since the 1990s.

Dreaded doing taxes this year- Turbo Tax was EASY!

I lost my husband in March and was dreading doing taxes this year... Turbo Tax made it super easy! Took me 2 hours from time I started looking for paperwork until I pushed SEND. What a relief to have something go easy!!
