TOO COMPLICATED

I have used TurboTax software for many years and won't be again!!! Too many hours just to be able to sign in but thankfully I connected with a super agent, Beverly that was very patient helping me solve that problem. So tonight I've been on this computer for over 5 hours and just finished at 2:30 a.m. Lots more pages asking questions that are difficult to answer and irrelevant. Next year I'll be hiring someone because this just isn't worth the agony I've experienced !!!!!

Turbo tax is great

The program is great except that it dropped my W2 and I didn't catch till I had already filed electronically and I had to file an amended return.

Turbo Tax performance was slow this year

There were some difficulties in installing the program from the CD. I had to go to the setup file on the CD to activate the installation. Although the program said it was up to date, there were forms (relating to SS) that were missing.

Turbo Tax makes Taxes easy

I have been using Turbo Tax to do my taxes since my usual tax person went out of the business, and it has been so easy to do my own taxes, even when I bought my house.

They nickle and dime you for every thing but what other choice do you have? Filing your own taxes is a hoax. Does not do a good job with crypto currency.
