turbo tax download was awful..

i will never download again...I save the complete tax file and close the software then come back later, it can't open anymore then i have to redo all over again. it said file one state free but i have to pay additional $25 to file my state tax. I pay total of 80 to dowload 40 for download state 25 to file state which is $145 to complete file my state and federal tax this yr.

So many glitchy results this year!

We ran into so many glitchy problems this year. It had trouble finding information from past TurboTax filings. Multiple updates. It gave us 5+ different totals. I have zero confidence in the product and the results.

Federal return is fair

Federal product is fair but the Alabama state product is awful!!! Second year in a row I've considered changing to another brand. Circular links, bad terminology, numbers not carried over from Fed.
